It is very ornate, as you can tell from the picture! There are many little skulls around the head of the faces, and also three elephant heads at the top of the blade part of the dagger, with their tusks going down the blade, along with serpentine tails. There are three faces around the dagger, each gradually showing more of it's long sharp teeth, and a genuine Lapis stone on each face's forehead.
